Hi my name is Sheree cox and i shoot for GB and England in .22 women's prone and 3-p and air rifle. since i started using the motion insoles i have benefited from the support they have given my knees and bad back as well as helping improve my posture. I am very grateful for them and my scores are slowly creeping up. they have improved my hold and hip position as i am being supported properly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants more support through their backs especially in the standing position. Happy shooting :)
